Needs a full evaluat: Depends on your age and length of symptoms. Could be early shingles, could be temporal arteritis. Needs a full workup.

Anxiety: Your description does not correspond to any medical issue that I am aware of. I would be suspicious that this may be a manifestation of severe stress, anxiety, or related issue (especially since scans are negative). See your regular doctor to discuss this possibility.

Random flashes of burning and tingling mainly in head but can happen anywhere, chronic dizziness, and flashes of lightning in eyes. Doctors think migraines, and Brain/Orbits MRI/V came back normal. Migraine meds dont help. Could this be FND as well?
