Needs to see MD: Multiple cysts in the spine will not cause you to push to urinate.But it may be a side effect of Cymbalta.It is listed as painful or difficult urination.And push to urinate is same as difficult urination.We don't know how long you are taking Cymbalta and for what diagnosis and at what dose.You should consult your doctor or psychiatrist if it is a big problem.It may also be due to Prostate problem
