Vertigo: Even though you may not feel spinning sensation, your complaint of loss of balance and rocking ground suggest that it is inner ear irritability. Meclizine OTC but in adequate dosage (75-200) mg /day may be needed on regular basis. Experienced neurologist can treat it.
