Is having 35 diastolic okay? it has gone up only to no higher than 47, 35 being the lowest. went on treadmill for 10 to 15 minutes only went up to 44.

Do you: Mean diastolic blood pressure? If that is what you mean then it is low and needs immediate evaluation. If you are referring to heart rate then it is low or bradycardiac. But some trained athletes may have low heart rates. Evaluation by cardiologist will be helpful

Low blood pressure : Systolic blood pressure (the top number) less than 100 is pretty common among healthy young women. Diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) of 35 is quite low. If you have symptoms from this (such as dizzy, lightheaded, or fainting) then it should be checked out. A cardiologist would want to know if there are other medical problems, diet habits, and if there are heart valve issues.
