i am 24 and have pcos. about 3 days ago i looked in the mirror and noticed both my areolas are enlarged. what could be causing them to do that?

Depends: Most commonly this could be related to temperature. The areolas and nipples can change size/shape based on temperature, hormones, or level of sexuality excitement
