A member asked:

Is allegra a medicine that has to be taken consistently over a few days to work properly?

About an hour...: Allegra is an "as needed" allergy medication so it's effect is not dependent of taking every day - of course for many people "as needed" IS daily. You should start to see the effects of the medication in about an hour after taking it. If you are not noticing improvement of symptoms in a day or two, it may not be the allergy medication for you.
