How accurate is echocardiogram for finding ischemic heart disease ?had a clear angiogram 2012.

Not so great. : An echocardiogram may show if you had a heart attack in the past; but will not reveal if you currently at risk for a heart attack. You'd need a stress test and/or another angiogram.
