Everything in knee j: All the soft tissues, both inside and outside the knee joint, as well the bones and tendons of the joint; lesions of muscles, skin, fat, nerves/vessels. A simple fatty tumor or a ganglion or a baker cyst in the back. Any bony lesions, or of the muscles, tendons. Ligaments lesions/injuries lik acl or PCL injuries, meniscal tears or chondral lesions; arthritis, fluid in the knee joint.

Meniscal: Tears, cartilage loss, fluid on the knee, ligament tears, bone edema, some bone fractures, popliteal aneurysms, lots of things.
