No worries: As you are probably aware, the yolk sac is the earliest ultrasound indicator of a viable pregnancy. Hopefully, one that's in the uterus. The Progesterone counts seem WNL (within normal limits)/non-specific. I wouldn't be worried at this point. Good luck!
