No such thing: Epididymitis is not caused by accumulating fluids or bacteria in the genital tract. It is only the result of infection. At your age of 22, epididymitis is almost always due to chlamydia or gonorrhea, rarely from non-sexually transmitted urinary tract infection. Very rarely it's the side effect of certain drugs. If you do not have swelling or pain in one testicle, you don't have epididymitis.
