Testicular pain: Knowing no STD or UTI should mean you were examined and tested. That doctor is the one to discuss the causes of these symptoms. If no doctor involved, i.e. you tested yourself, you should see a doctor now for professional diagnosis. If you definitely have a tender, enlarged testicle, do it ASAP to check for other infections (e.g tuberculosis) and testicular cancer. Probably not due to diabetes.
