Probably not: This sounds like nerve pain, if it is intermittent look at the exercise you are doing when it occurs. If it is on both sides of the leg you may have a knee issue that may need evaluated. You could try a knee brace to see if that helps or decrease your exercise and if the tingling goes away you can slowly increase it.
