You can get help: There are generally ways to help your condition beginning with rest and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Neck pain: You cannot reverse the arthritis but you can treat the symptoms by starting physical therapy, and making sure you are "nice" to your neck in terms of ergonomics in your work and home setting. Even acupuncture can help in some with neck arthritis.
