Does bile reflux create burning sensations like acid reflux? or no sensations at all?

Bile reflux can cause symptoms similar to acid reflux, but the usual medications like prilosec or zantac are not usually effective unless there is associated acid reflux which occasionally happens. A gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate you for bile reflux and may prescribe certain medications specifically for it to promote smoother bile flow or binders of bile.
