Tight Ligaments: It could be tight breast tissue ligaments. It doesn't always indicate anything serious. Keep an eye out for dimpling of the skin and any lymphadenopathy under the armpit, if you notice anything like that then consider having a diagnostic breast US. Though, if the doctor didn't feel anything I would feel reassured.

I'm 17. A sharp pain starts from the center of my breasts and slowly continues towards my nipples and then my nipples invert inside (like bending in), and the pain would continue untill I erect my nipples. And again after some hours, it arises again.
