Left breast nipple is inverted should i get it checked?

YES, please do: In addition to a breast exam you will need imaging. Sometimes a suspicious spot can be detected early and ruled out using Diagnostic Mammograms / Ultrasound.

Yes: If this is a new finding, it may be significant. Any change in the skin overlying the breast, for example, dimpling, nipple inversion, orange peel appearance, can be a sign of serious underling breast disease. Please see your doctor.
