I been having nausea the past two nights when i lay down, and i have stomach pain as well. i don't have a fever. could i have appendicitis?

However, the symptom of nausea and abdominal pain is very non specific, meaning these symptoms can be caused by many illnesses. You will need to be seen and evaluated by a physician to make the proper diagnosis. If your symptoms continue to worsen you should be seen in an emergency room.
