Dimenhydrinate also known as Dramamine works better for dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, or vertigo. once in the body it GIFs converted to diphenhydramine so the effects may be similar except that The half-life of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) is shorter than the Dimenhydrinate.
