Excruciating R HA: Look, the story you you provide is quite limited; however, patients w/ excruciating HA (or the worst HA of their life) should be seen at the ER immediately and undergo a head CT to rule out a head bleed. Hope it is something benign and most likely it is, but better safe tan sorry.
