Occipital HA's: Muscle tension can put pressure on the occipital nerve & so can facet arthritis in the c-spine. They start in the neck or base odf the skull (occiput) and go up & over the top of ur head and settles behind the eyes. C a neurologist 4 eval & c-spine x-rays 2 b sure.
