Waste of time: If used for comfort, it is fine. However, it has no effect on the germs and will not kill them or permit healing.

Desitin: Desitin doesn't treat yeast infection. It contains zinc oxide that acts as an occlusive barrier. It is likely to make worse yeast infections. You need a medication that is anti-fungal such as monistat or clortrimazole.
