See a doctor : Please do not perform this at home. See your doctor who will incise and drain the abscess under sterile conditions. You may end up causing worse infection if you attempt this at home

Lance: The quickest way is to let your doctor do it. If you are not in much pain and do not have a fever or are systemically unwell then hot water soaks may solve the problem but this of course will take time.
