See dentist: See a dentist and get these painful teeth treated. Take OTC pain meds like ibuprophen to ease the pain. Even though it seems like pulling the teeth yourself this is something that does not work. See a dentist ASAP

See DDS: See your dentist for a definitive diagnosis. If possible, it is always more beneficial to save your teeth with root canal therapy. Always have a treatment plan to determine how you will replace your teeth if you decide to extract them prior to the procedure.

Think Clearly: Call a local dentist for an emergency appointment. You don't have the skills to remove broken down, rotten teeth. You'll be in further agony if you break the teeth and you'll end up in a dental office anyway. Take OTC NSAIDs to help.
