Won't work, get care: Clindamycin is not active at against most bacteria that cause UTI. Contact your doctor and follow her advice about exam to confirm the diagnosis; or if s/he believes your symptoms are sufficiently typical, may prescribe treatment without testing. For sure don't take clindamycin: it won't work, but will still screw up later diagnosis.
