Restless legs : This may be restless leg syndrome. I would advise that you see your physician, get the correct diagnosis, you may need to sleep a evaluation, get on the right therapy.

Raynaud's, possibly: In raynaud's phenomenon, fingers or toes turn white or blue in cold, then red when warmed. It is due to abnormal degree of constriction of arterioles (very small arteries). It can occur by itself, but can be associated with autoimmune diseases like systemic sclerosis. Evolution reversal: It depends on what you are using the shoes for and how often you are wearing them. Likely, you have used shoes with similar soles and shock absorption for your whole life. If you switch suddenly to a different shoe construct, the intrinsic muscles of your feet have no time to adapt to the new mechanics. Try slow transition into them. 30 mins/day to start. If still hurts, system may not fit withyou.

Get an x-ray: To know for sure, u need an x-ray. You could also try to touch your toe with the end of a vibrating tuning fork. I warn you, if it is broken ... It will hurt like heck.

Shoes too tight: Maybe the shoes are too tight, and they constrict the circulation. Maybe you are wearing socks that cut off circulation too, causing you to go numb; or you may have something that is pushing against or compressing the nerves, that results in you going numb. If you are pushing on the balls of your feet, you may be compressing the nerves.
