Pregnancy test: Having had bleeding for 21 days leaves a woman uncertain whether or not she ovulated during that time. Having had unprotected intercourse during that time would be a prerequisite for pregnancy. A pregnancy test would tell if the cramps maybe a symptom of a failing or ectopic (outside the uterus) pregnancy.
