Urethritis: Alcohol, spicy foods, etc do not cause urethritis or its symptoms, like urethral discharge. That there is "no infection" is inconsistent with urethritis: Urethritis IS an infection of the urethra. If true urethritis, you probably need antibiotic treatment. But perhaps prostatitis? Assuming no gonorrhea, all true urethritis (nongonoccal urethritis, NGU) is an STD. Follow up with your doctor.
