Urethra and bladder discomfort feels like a bladder infection but not painful. what could it be?

Infection: Infection is most likely. Many people will not have pain with infections just pressure. Other possibilities include constipation with the sigmoid colon pushing on the bladder. Abnormal bulging of the bladder, cystocele, or pelvic wall laxity pushing on the bladder. Bladder stones possible but less likely. Finally, bladder nerve issues preventing emptying some pressure is felt.
