No: Alcohol is mostly metabolized in the liver, and very little free alcohol is excreted in urine. Alcohol can cause irritation of the bladder wall, which can cause symptoms similar to a bladder infection, but would require ingestion of very large amounts of alcohol in an individual whose liver was not working properly. Alcohol may lead to sexual contact which can lead to infection.
