No risk, no worry: HIV is sexually transmitted only by intercourse, i.e. penile penetration into vagina or rectum, or maybe mouth (very rare). Fingering and other hand-genital contact carries no risk, even with an HIV infected partner and even when genital fluids are used for lubrication. Don't worry about it.
