Sore nipples: For males or females, causes might be: - Infection - Skin condition like eczema - Collection - Medication side effects - More sinister problem like cancer (though unlikely to be bilateral) I would like to suggest to check with your doctor for an assessment and examination

When in doubt: just check a pregnancy test. And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. Monitor your nipple soreness to see if it will go away. If you are pregnant, then that may explain your symptoms and the breast tenderness. If not, visit a GYN or family physician. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

Hard&Sore Nipples : The most likely cause is pregnancy or a change in your hormone levels. For some women, this occurs regularly for a week or so during the cycle, and then subsides. If a home pregnancy test kit is negative on two occasions and the symptoms don't clear, make an appointment with your gynecologist for a thorough evaluation to pinpoint the cause of this new development.

That can be: Difficult to say. You may need to get on the pill, first line for breast pain, if u are on the pill may need a lower estrogen dose. Make sure your bra isn't too tight. Gd luck.
