Can a plan b pill cause nipple to hurt when touched and also nipple lightness? one week after taking plan b and those are some symptoms i have. i already started and am off my period. still having one breast tenderness and a little lightness.

Many things possible: A patient in her twenties with new nipple tenderness can get evaluated by her primary care doctor or her Ob-Gyn doctor if the tenderness persists, or if she starts having other breast or nipple symptoms. Because nipples do get affected by sex hormones, alterations in hormones such as after taking a Plan B hormone pill could be related... but such an effect should wear off in a week.
