A member asked:

Is there anything that could cause a 38 yo to suddenly grow 2-3 inches taller--any meds, vitamins, exercises/stretches, massage, med conditions, erc?

Adult height: Your height is genetically determined and girls usually end up somewhere between both parents. When the ends of the bones in your body close solidly, the bones can no longer grow. By 17 years old, you have achieved most of your adult height. You cannot change your genetic height.
