Delayed period: Occasionally periods don't read the calendar and simply are delayed due to stress or other factors. The negative pregnancy test at this point is a relief and should be repeated in 3 to 4 days if your period is still a "no show" and you were not using a reliable contraceptive during sexual activity this month.
