Yes: Sometimes conception occurs later than you might actually think it has. Also, the various home pregnancy tests (while generally very good/accurate) test the hormone of pregnancy differently. I would recommend that you repeat your test; contact your gyn to review your personal ob/gyn history and make an appointment for an exam with him/her to appropriately follow-up if you are pregnant or not.
