See your doctor: If you are concerned about or trying to get pregnant, see your ob/gyn to have a blood pregnancy test done. From that point, they can help you figure out what's going on.

Delay in periods: Not all missed periods are due to pregnancy but it is important to detect pregnancy if you have missed your periods. A significant portion of women have irregular periods and depending on your menstrual history, your periods may come every 30-35 days rather than every 28 days. Variations are common. Sometimes, you may miss a period.
