NSVT usually means: Non Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia. Is that what you mean? If you do then you should stay on your beta blocker to reduce the risk for sustained arrhythmia. In addition if you are symptomatic you should consider EP to ablate the focus and resolve your symptoms. If you mean something other than Ventricular tachycardia you would still benefit from EP evaluation and continued beta blocker.
