Neurology: Central vertigo is due to a disease in the central nervous system. Please consult with a Neurologist immediately for MRI in the ER and then further evaluation including tests for anemia, serum glucose, and electrolyte disturbances. Full history and exam needed immediately. Dramamine can help until then.
