Why is my belly itchy at 33 weeks pregnant? there's no rash, just itchiness on and off the past couple days.

Skin stretching: Your elastic layer of the skin is stretching "to the hilt" to accommodate the rising pregnant abdomen. Once the elastic layer "breaks" you will see stretch marks. Most patients use a lotion or Mother's Friend type product to prevent the itching and stretch marks.
