See doctor ASAP: This could be an STD (especially gonorrhea) or other infection, especially if you also are discharging pus or mucus. However, STDs don't usually cause bleeding. Perhaps passing a kidney or bladder stone. The odor probably doesn't mean anything. Whatever you have is serious: don't screw around, see a doctor ASAP.
