Today!: I don't know the particular geometry of the ring but examine it carefully. The part that goes through your flesh is usually very thin (like a wire). If you can locate a clasp that you can open,then do it. You may have to use dire cutting diagonal pliers to cut the wire. Then slowly pull it out in the reverse of the direction that it was inserted. And do it sterily with alcohol or betadine.
