Can lead to obesity: There is mo good evidence that certain foods (chocolate, etc.) lead to acne. Acne is a right of passage. There are several good websites. one is www.mayoclinic.com. Another is www.johnshopkins.com. Read those before you go to alive doc.

No: Usually you do not find the cause of an acne flare up. Manage it with your benzoyl peroxide and whatever else you use.
