No STD see urologist: Unless there is a suprising coincidence, you asked about this a few days ago. No STD is a likely cuase of urinary retention or prostatitis. It's just a coincidence with the oral sex. Also, most prostatitis is not due to infection. Cipro and other antibiotics often are tried but usually don't help much. Keep working with your doctor, or see a urologist if not yet done.
