See MD : See MD for a full exam. Know all your meds medical history, any recent antibiotic treatment, allergies, etc. Did you have the seasonal influenza vaccine? Influenza virus very common right now. See MD and until then try symptomatic relief with OTC dextromethorphan / guaifenesin and ibuprofen 800 3 times a day. Stay hydrated. Good luck.
