Pregnancy: Late pregnancies increase the risk of congenital anomalies in the baby, like Down's syndrome . Other risks will include post partum hemorrhage, c section risk, breech delivery ,prolonged postnatal stay, pulmonary embolism risk, urine infections, increase chest infection risk .
