Do not worry: None of the results you provided suggest diabetes, even though you did not follow correct procedures. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Unlikely: The ADA guidelines for diagnosis of diabetes is a fasting blood sugar of >126, a 2 hour blood sugar >200 (after 75g of carbohydrates) or an A1c >6.5%. The A1c is a 3 month average of your blood sugar, and yours specifically, is very low. You meet none of the criteria. Keep in mind, your blood sugars will fluctuate depending on the carbohydrate content of your meals.

Follow it up: Your physician will keep track of this impaired glucose tolerance if that is what it is. Channel your concerns now into getting back into the fitness focused lifestyle you loved as a teenager. Best wishes
