Neosynephrine: has been around for a long time and no poblems in Pregnancy have surfaced as fat as I know! (One study I was able to find showed a statistical association but not an "impressive one!) HOWEVER EVERY medication OTC or Prescribed MUST BE CHECKED OUT with your OB-GYN provider! HE/SHE has the final and ONLY opinion which should matter to you Hope this is helpful Dr Z
