It depends on why: you had the protein level to start with. Was this part of a comprehensive blood test for a physical? Or did you get it because there was a problem with your blood? What was the albumin level? Sometimes high protein level can mean a blood cancer or type of immune system tumor. It can also be a protein disease or simply reflection of how concentrated your blood is. Go see a healthcare provider.

Need more info: Why are serum proteins high? It may be due to dehydration, though that alone may not be sufficient. It is not feasible to say if it is bad without examining your serum proteins and that cannot be done on-line. See a doctor and have your serum examined by a reputable laboratory.
