YES: Aleve is a Non-steroidal medication, Pamprin contains Acetaminophen ..the two are "additive" in effect but do not interact with one another! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

Yes; but why?...: Aleve is a NSAID. Pamprin is a 3 component combo of acetaminophen, an antihistamine and a diuretic. No drug interaction noted in the medical literature between them.
