See ur doctor: while viral gut infection can linger in symptoms, for weeks, 2-3mo of ur symptoms warrant doctor workup to rule out diabetes, gallbladder disease, thyroid problems, inflamed pancreas or appendix, etc - red flags wud include weight loss, blood, vomit, fever require urgent attention. pale stool cud even suggest gallstones. Wud need more info but happy to consult or second opinion re workup. needed.
